Homemade apple pie or fried rice!!!
That was what left of homemade apple pie that I baked recently. The apples came from our backyard and a Swedish friend of mine, Eva, tought me how to bake it. Mikael my eldest son likes it alot but he made a comment that made me laugh. He commented that I should be frying rice and not baking apple pie. I'm a "SWEDISH WANNA BE", he said! It made me laugh so hard. NO OFFENS BUT I LIKE BEING ME; IMMIGRANT, BROWN , SUPER BITCH, CRAZY, ONE DAY MILLIONARE, HATES PLANNING AND MOST OF ALL SPONTANIOUS! ALL ROLLED IN TO ONE!!!
